- Inbound phone numbers and caller IDs from voice and SMS interactions
- Conversation transcripts (voice, SMS, and chat) between your customers and your AI assistant
- Prescription refill requests and related service data submitted through the platform
- Server logs including IP addresses, timestamps, and request metadata for security and debugging
SMS & Voice Communications
When customers interact with your AI assistant via SMS or phone call, we collect and store the content of those messages and transcripts to provide the service and to generate analytics for your business dashboard. Inbound phone numbers are stored to route messages to the correct business.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Operate and deliver the Oganla AI assistant platform to your business
- Route and respond to customer SMS, voice, and chat messages on your behalf
- Send email notifications (new conversations, refill completions, weekly summaries) to addresses you configure
- Process billing and manage your subscription through Stripe
- Improve platform reliability, detect abuse, and ensure security
- Provide customer support and respond to your inquiries
3. SMS Messaging Policy
Important: By using Oganla's SMS features, your business agrees to operate in compliance with applicable messaging laws including the TCPA, CTIA guidelines, and carrier requirements. Oganla provides the platform infrastructure — you are responsible for obtaining proper opt-in consent from your own customers before sending them messages.
- SMS messages are sent only to numbers that have opted in to receive communications from your business
- Customers may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message
- Customers can reply HELP to receive contact information for your business
- Message frequency varies based on customer interactions and business configuration
- Standard message and data rates may apply depending on the recipient's mobile carrier plan
- Oganla does not share phone numbers with third parties for marketing purposes
Opt-Out Instructions
To stop receiving SMS messages from an Oganla-powered business assistant, reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. To resume, reply START.
4. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell your data. We share information only with the following categories of service providers:
- Telnyx — voice and SMS carrier infrastructure
- Stripe — payment processing
- SendGrid — transactional email delivery
- Anthropic / OpenAI — AI language model inference (conversation content may be sent to process responses)
- Cloud hosting provider — server and database infrastructure
Each provider has their own privacy policy and processes data only as needed to provide their service.
5. Data Retention
Conversation transcripts and request data are retained for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter for legal and audit purposes. You may request deletion of your business data by contacting us at the address below. Note that we may retain certain records as required by law.
6. Security
We implement industry-standard safeguards including HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit, hashed passwords (bcrypt), session-based authentication with HTTP-only cookies, and server-side input sanitization. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
